What will you learn

After completing this course you will have the skills to guide women towards a more balanced life, using Yoga practices and Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle. 

You’ll learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda and how you can use Yoga in a therapeutic way for women with hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, infertility and menopausal symptoms. 

After this course you can support women to optimize their hormonal health in general and help them with specific menstrual difficulties, such as PMS, painful periods, heavy periods, fatigue and pain/bloating related to endometriosis or PCOS. We’ll also talk about yoga, diet and lifestyle practices to increase fertility and encourage a smooth transition into menopause or reduce menopausal symptoms.

Requirements to attend this course:

  • Interest in Women’s Health
  • Completed Yoga Teacher Training
  • Interest in Ayurveda 
  • Basic understanding of English language
  • A device like computer, laptop, smartphone

This course is for:

  • Yoga teachers or therapists with an interest in women’s health
  • Yoga teachers who want to focus their classes or one on one sessions around women’s health
  • Yoga teachers who want to teach workshops about women’s health, the menstrual cycle, fertility and/or menopause
  • Yoga teachers who want to be able to support/advise their students in general (as USP/customer loyalty) on the subject.

Empowering

As a woman, it was very empowering. You are encouraged to find your strength in your femininity. It gives a good understanding of how nature is cyclical and we as human beings, both men and women, should live in sync with the cycles of life. It also pressed upon the need to resuscitate the feminine principle which has almost disappeared from the world today.

Great Course

Great Course ! Learned how to help myself to help others through Ayurvedic !

I really enjoyed this course the videos were great for explaining each concept and yoga postures connected with them. I especially liked the assignments and case studies I felt they were very relevant to what I wanted to learn and how to help empower clients. Overall Sarah is a great instructor and Ayurvedic guide. I really learned about how connected my cycle and disconnected I was to my body.

Great value and lovingly designed course

Helpful knowledge benefits a healthy life

I started this program after having a painful kidney infection from a UTI. I felt the education system in America never taught me anything about menstruation. Through this course I've learned how pelvic awareness influences the entire body and mind. I really like the self paced learning, and I am already feeling more confident about my own body.
