Detailed step by step clear description of all the topics were explained in the course.

This meditation course is very good. I strongly recommend! * Course has clear step by step detailed description about meditation. * I like the way of including many different other spiritual methods in the entire world in the course. * They included the detailed description of how meditation and physical and mental health were related.

Exceeded my expectations

I am so thankfull for this course and the teachers. I learned so much about meditation, but also grew as a person, seeing things different, and feeling more peace and clearity. The teachers have a lot of experience, The course is diverse and super complete. I feel ready to teach others, and would highly recomend this course.

absolutely great course for myself and teacher training!

I am very grateful for this meditation course. Although I´ve been teaching Yoga and a lot of Pranayam for the last few years, I learned a lot for myself and for my teaching in the field of meditation. This course makes it so much easier for me to explain and make meditation accessable for my students. Very well structured and the teaching from both of you wonderful. Thank you!

Very satisfied with this Meditation Course

This is my 3rd course with Arhanta Yoga (1st course online) and again I feel very satisfied and enormously grateful. The sequence of the course is well thought-out, there is a good balance between studying and practicing and the video´s make you feel like being in class with Ram and Kalyani. Perhaps the most important of all: I feel confident to teach meditation now. Thank you team Arhanta!

interesting meditation teacher training

I haven't completed the training yet, but so far I found the subjects AND the way they have been presented outstanding and motivating. Classes are sometimes short, sometimes long. Each subject is well explained and documented in pdf-files. Even the Quiz moments are set up in such a way that there's much to learn. The team who set up this course was clearly passionate about meditation.

Great course, very profound and deep knowledge of the teachers

I just finished the Meditation Teacher Training. It was such a great course. The teachers have a very profound and deep knowledge and know how to transport this knowledge to the students in a very smooth ans easy way. Learning the meditations and lectures is made much easier by video-lessons plus scripts. This course makes me feel that I'm now ready to teach meditation!

A Good understanding of meditation

What is meditation and why should you do it? By following this course I came to understand that meditation is not quiting the mind. It is deeper than that, it is knowing thyself. Meditation is not a something that you do, but more a state, a knowing. This course guide you to this state. Wonderful course!
