Great practice and support, but video/audio quality and materials need work

I loved the easy enrollment, fast replies, loads of hands-on practice, and the feedback journal. However, video and audio quality, as well as the clarity of the handouts, are not as high as what I’m used to in other online trainings. Also, make sure you have enough people available to practice with beforehand, otherwise you might get stuck.
