Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (1 Month Access)

First I thought the language would be an obstacle, but that wasn't right. It's easy to follow the course and the teacher. I liked the structure a lot because it's the right amount of theory and practice and the exercises are explained sufficiently. The script shows all postures in a clear way so you can easily understand and follow them. It was the best online experience I've ever made!
