Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

A very well-structured course, with clear, detailed and practical explanations. Living close to Arhanta Milan, I had the privilege of meeting Lucia in person and completing my previous TTC with her, as well as attending further trainings and classes. She is an extremely knowledgeable, meticulous and attentive teacher, always making sure every detail is understood. Highly recommended!

Nice course, Lucia is clear in her explanation and she answer quickly in case of doubts. I would only suggest to review the alignment between the voice over and the slides in some videos or between the order of the videos and the order in the manual. There a few misalignments which are not nice and make it more difficult to follow. I would recommend the course

Ho seguito questo corso da professionista a contatto con il materno infantile ma non esperta di yoga. Lo ho trovato completo e ben strutturato. Lucia riesce a spiegare i concetti in modo molto efficace e semplice, la mia preoccupazione era non capire come effettuare le correzioni e a corso concluso questa preoccupazione era infondata. Inoltre Lucia riesce a coinvolgere con la sua grande passione.

I loved this course and I especially love about the Arhanta online courses that you can always refer back to the videos, which is super helpfull when prepping classes when you just start teaching prenatal classes. That said, as it is a teacher training I would expect a LOT more assignments to be checked by the teacher. You are for example never checked on your actual teaching.

As a pelvic health experts, I knew already a lot about pregnant woman, but the course is really great and very detailled. Very clear videos, great teaching!

I completed this overpriced €550 yoga course but found it disappointing. Support was lacking (e.g. no webinars) despite website promises. Instructions were inconsistent (e.g. sweating, inversions), with unclear or contradictory guidance. Content had errors, weak explanations, quizes had error "no twists", and sometimes poor English. Final assignments weren’t (properly) reviewed.

I found this online prenatal yoga course very informative, with a good balance of theory and practical guidance. The videos clearly demonstrate class preparation, teaching approach, class setup, and the effective use of props for asanas and resting poses. The well-structured sections also make it easy to revisit key topics when needed.

it was amazing to learn with Lucia ! The structure of the course and the load of information gave me the opportunity to learn at my own pace. Also great as a young mother 🙏🏻
