This course did what it said - taught you how to teach a hatha yoga 90 minute class. The bit by bit progression allowed you to learn in stages, which came together as a whole at the end. I loved the stories in the philosophy classes too. Being able to go back over the sessions is a huge advantage. I would have liked some different sequences and advance warning of the assignments.

I thought if i was going to make changes i my life, this would be the way to do it. It has been a fantastic journey. Best course ever. So informative and fun at the same time.The lessons are very well structured for a good learning pace.Has every thing one needs to get a complete understanding of what it means to be a good yoga teacher for others and one self.Highly recommended.Excellent teachers.

I have found the course very informative and well structured. It provides a strong basis for aspiring yoga teachers. It is also perfect for who wants to begin a yoga journey and develop/deepen a personal practice. It requires some daily effort and consistency in the practice. I have found what I was looking for: a course that will accompany me during my yoga journey.

The course is very precise and analytical! It helped me understand more deeper the meaning of yoga and the teachers are excellent. I have learned a lot and where I thought I would not be able to do some of the asanas, I was excited to be able on making them with the correct form as they are described by the teachers.

The course for me was a complete yoga journey. Always knew one day I would teach but certainly didnt expect the journey it gave to me. From where yoga originated how it became to the understanding of everything there possibly is to know. Loved the stories on the way and how it was taught. Also learnt headstand which I never thought possible so thankyou! Highly recommend course to anyone..

Loved the way the teachers explained and are there for you if you have questions. Everything is documented and very clear. The yoga philosophy was also extremely interesting and all the corrections you learn are also super useful. Thanks!

Wow what an experience! I couldn’t find a better place to learn everything about Hatha Yoga, Pranayama’s, Meditation etc. The teachers, the lessons, the structure everything is so good. Very professional. It is not just an easy online course. It demands a commitment and genuine effort but you can do it at your own pace. I enjoined it so much.

Everything is coverd. Good quality video's, everything you would want to know, well explained & in depth. The customer service responds quickly and they even gave me a quick review at my request when I needed it so I could go on with the training.
