Great School

200HR Hatha yoga in India was the Training that I completed, I am currently working on 2 online courses and plan to train further in 2025 as I become a full time yoga teacher and Yoga studio owner.

Useful and disciplined breathing exercise

Useful variety of short and effective breathing exercises. I'm enjoying the discipline of practicing this first thing in the morning, prior to meditation. The practices are somewhat fast, so I advice practitioners to be wide awake before doing, if they practice in the mornings. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to get into the rhythm of daily breathing, a great way to start the day.

teachers with heart and care

I have learned so much in the trainings that I followed. Not only how to be a good and confident teacher but also how to take care of myself on different levels. I loved going to the ashram in India, but also the courses and training in the Netherlands and online made me a better me and teacher.

Well-paced and well taught - worth way more!

I stumbled upon this course through social media. This has been one of the best breathwork courses out there that I have taken. Ram is an amazing teacher and I love how well guided this one is. The breathing exercises have significantly reduce my day to day stress. I practice it twice a day and I feel calm and energised after practice it. I have also signed up for a couple of more courses.

Fantastic program

I was looking for an easy to learn pranayama program comprising the various techniques which I could just access and follow along every day in a short and concentrated way. This program here is exactly what I was looking for. Straight forward, very friendly guidance in a very gentle, calming voice, simply fantastic. And all that for so little money, incredible. Highly recommend all their content.
