Yoga Nidra Online Course

One the best online courses I have done in a while. Arhanta include prerecorded classes with teacher and students, so even though I wasn’t in the class you felt like you were there in the lesson with the question / discussion topics throughout the training. The prerecorded yoga classes and Yoga Nidra were all very well done in a more traditional delivery, again which I really loved.
