Wonderful experience learning about Restorative Yoga with Lucia

For me, the RY course with Lucia has been a discovery journey and exceeded my expectations. First, as my first online learning experience, and second, in discovering the benefits of RY itself through the intense practice. Clear instructions with diverse forms of teaching (text, videos, voice messages, webinars) and a passionate teacher make all the difference. I highly recommend it..
