Well-paced and well taught – worth way more!

I stumbled upon this course through social media. This has been one of the best breathwork courses out there that I have taken. Ram is an amazing teacher and I love how well guided this one is. The breathing exercises have significantly reduce my day to day stress. I practice it twice a day and I feel calm and energised after practice it.

I have also signed up for a couple of more courses.
