Very throrough & informative

Lucia’s way of explaining the material so clearly made learning so much easier. The manual explanations + the videos were a great way to understand postures and alignment, making them easy to practice at home. I loved learning about every aspect of prenatal yoga, and feel well equipped to teach, with clients signed up already! Thank you Lucia for delivering such a great course 🙂
