Thorough Instruction

The class meets all of my expectations and then some. I have appreciated the thoughtfulness behind each lesson and the care taken to create as many variations as possible for restorative yoga. It has truly deepened my understanding of this particular type of yoga, and given me greater insight into how to teach this beneficial practice to others.
