Thorough and inspiring coursus- Good value for money!

Thorough and good explained both theory and poses througout the whole coursus, from beginning to finish.
It is not a course for an easy and quick way to learn to teach yin yoga. That was also described on the website.
I was sceptical to yin yoga form the start, now I love it!
