simple and clear learning of the Ayurvedic principles

This was my second training in Ayurveda, first one was with a deeper and more detailed approach by an other school. I chose to do also this one because I wanted to have a different voice on the same teachings, and also to review all I studied before in a simpler way. This was really comprehensive of the all principles and very clear to memorize. I’m glade I have done it. Thank you ad Namaste =)
