I did Prenatal and Postnatal Course with Lucia and I love how detailed and with lots of attention she explains each posture, introduces the flows, points out what and where we could support the moms and also where we have to be extra careful on what to avoid. You can tell she has a lot of experience and she shares her knowledge with kindness and care. Thank you.
