Insightful and good value for money

Putting together a course that spans so many topics is not an easy task, but the Arhanta team did a great job creating one. My main goal was to receive exposure to a wide variety of pranayam practices. Not only did I get that, but I got many insights into pranayam and the adjacent topics. The philosophy and history were fantastic. My only criticism is that there was too much teaching homework.
