Great and complete course!

I started studying with Arhanta Online Academy with the prenatal yoga teacher training. I recently finished the after pregnancy yoga course and it was a great complement to have all the knowledge and techniques to continue teaching and supporting to the moms. I really enjoyed the detail explanations about the anatomy and technique to teach to the moms. Thank you!
