The course was very well structured and easy to follow. After completing the Prenatal course with Lucile a few years ago and having worked with a few mums, I then decided to expand my knowledge and offer after pregnancy yoga to mums and this course was everything I hoped it would be. Great explanations and videos so thank you. I have learnt so much and excited to put everything into practice.
