Exceptional

I loved this course. It was interesting and informative. The videos truly helped me to fully understand the many aspects of pre-natal yoga, especially using props correctly. You cannot get this from text alone. There is a lot to learn but the more I did, the more I wanted to learn. The course is well put together & care and attention has been paid to the quality of the resources. Thank you Lucia
