I’ve been doing yoga for a few years and followed this course mostly just to improve my practice. It was fantastic, mainly due to Ram’s teaching skills, thank you Ram for being a true teacher. I highly recommend getting the lifelong access, the material provided is a lot and invaluable.. I know I will always find it useful.
