This Yin Yoga teacher training was amazing! Yoga and anatomy were explained in such a clear, creative, and humorous way that kept me engaged and inspired. Even online, I felt like part of the classroom while learning at my own pace from home. The teacher is wonderful—warm, funny, and full of knowledge. The classes left me grounded and deeply relaxed.
