Complete journey

The course for me was a complete yoga journey. Always knew one day I would teach but certainly didnt expect the journey it gave to me.
From where yoga originated how it became to the understanding of everything there possibly is to know.
Loved the stories on the way and how it was taught.
Also learnt headstand which I never thought possible so thankyou!
Highly recommend course to anyone..
