Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (Part-1)

Ram is teaching in a very lovely and authentic way. Everything was understandable and good to follow. The notes of each chapter and the videos are detailed and appealing. Really great.

I was quite blanco about Yoga Nidra. But the things I've learned, the Nidra's we've listened and the meditations and so in the last part really changed my life. I'm so more into yoga now than I was before this course. I like teaching Yoga Nidra more than I would have thought, thanks to all the info I've got in the course. And I listen to them myself more often too and feel so much better.
