Yin Yoga Teacher Training

I have followed life training for my first 200hours for Vinyasa, and was looking for an extension in Yin Yoga. This online course with regular tests and assignments works also very well for me : the videoinstructions are super-clear, supported in written as well , in multiple languages. My students appreciate the assignments I need to do, so we are co-building in my training and experience in Yin.

Highly Recommend/Good Value/User Friendly/Super Communication! Brilliant teacher Maarten/teachers explained everything very well in a practical manner. Good content and detailed instructions from the teachers provided a blue print of the what/how and why teach the pose in this way. Very practical can easily apply the course to teach to students in a safe manner. Course available for life too!

My students have benefitted in many ways since I started this course. Because it is an online course I can take my time teaching all the different poses to my pupils. While I learn and become more familiar with the poses and the background of yoga, I become more confident in my teaching and my pupils become more comfortable in their bodies.

Ik vond het een leerzame en leuke training. Wat is soms moeilijk vind is de vertaling van Engels naar Nederlands de vraagstelling lijkt soms niet te kloppen. Ook merk ik dat het gesproken Engels niet altijd goed te verstaan is .Dan moet ik echt vaak terug luisteren . maar misschien zegt dat meer over mij .

The delivery of the anatomy & philosophy is a bit dry at times and sometimes tedious due to the voice. However, the information is relevant & informative. I wish there were a way to print the pages for all sections at the same time as it makes it quite inconvenient to run to Staples everytime that a new lesson is available to print. Perhaps there is a way to do this unknown to me.

I really enjoyed this online Yin teacher training. Ram Jain's knowledge (and his team) is so deep, and the way he explains everything makes it super tangible and inspired me to learn even more about (yin) yoga and anatomy. Whenever I had a question, there was someone from the Arhanta team to answer rapidly, which made my learning journey even more fruitful and inspiring. Thank you very much!

Aanrader! 🙂 Ik kon deze training in mijn eigen tempo volgen. Aangezien ik al een Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in India had gevolgd, was dit voor mij een mooie aanvulling op mijn kennis en de theorie. Dankzij deze training heb ik mijn vaardigheden als yogadocent verder kunnen ontwikkelen. De ondersteuning achter de schermen was erg fijn. Ik wil de docenten bij deze met liefde bedanken.

This teacher training gives you the feeling that you are not in an online environment, but physically there in the shala with the teacher and other students. The training is very complete, the assessments really make you practice and I loved the sample classes at the end of the course, such a present and source of inspiration to build furure classes.
