Knowledge, engaging content in bite sized pieces - just perfect

Excellent explanations and the content is very engaging. The short videos are easy to follow and the training courses very well structured. I learn something new whenever I interact with Arhanta yoga content. I have signed up to a few of their courses now and they have all be superb.

Excellent on-line course, good pace and explained really well

Excellent remote training

The Arhanta team have put together an excellent selection of training videos in key areas that yoga practitioners and potential teachers might be interested in. The courses vary in length, most require significant commitment but deliver exactly as expected. Quality and level of information is high. This is by far the most accessible and user-friendly remote yoga training I have encountered. Great!

Stillness in the orange zone

Well paced, well described and explained poses to relax the mind and body. I had to practice several times before reaching stillness. Thank you Ram. Looking forward to more.

I found the description of Red, Orange and Green zones important

I found the cues for each pose very descripted and easy to understand. I loved the reminders through each pose for stillness and quiet, to allow ourselves to stay in the moment. Thankyou for these amazing yin practices. I enjoyed them thoroughly and this has given me renewed inspiration for my practices and those that I teach. Blessed Be
