Excellent. The Hatha Yoga series has been a great guide for someone with yoga experience wanting to introduce themselves to Hatha yoga. Instructions are clear and alignment explanations are useful. The series provides the full experience and it has met my needs. I particularly enjoyed the build up to more advanced practice as well as the additional resources to continue growing in Hatha yoga.

Well thought out structure, easy-to-do but effective asanas, clear instructions for all levels of practioners. This class is well suited for students as well as teachers. I learned a lot. Would be nice to know how to sequence more classes like this 😊
