Lovely Course

I have really enjoyed this journey into Restorative Yoga. The course is well laid out and detailed and has given me confidence to create classes for myself and others. Lucia was quick to respond to questions so I always felt supported. It would have been nice to have more interaction with fellow students in the chat group though. 🙏
