I fell in love with Arhanta….

and the way they offer the Teacher Trainings online, including this Restorative Yoga TTC. Like the Yoga Nidra TTC I did before, this training is well organized, structured and very detailed. What I really like about Arhanta and Lucia is, that they approach every training from the traditional yoga philosophy, which is the basis on which I teach myself. This TTC is also very comfortable in use.
