What will you learn

After completing this course you will have the skills to guide women towards a more balanced life, using Yoga practices and Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle. 

You’ll learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda and how you can use Yoga in a therapeutic way for women with hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, infertility and menopausal symptoms. 

After this course you can support women to optimize their hormonal health in general and help them with specific menstrual difficulties, such as PMS, painful periods, heavy periods, fatigue and pain/bloating related to endometriosis or PCOS. We’ll also talk about yoga, diet and lifestyle practices to increase fertility and encourage a smooth transition into menopause or reduce menopausal symptoms.

This course is for: 

  • Sport/Yoga teachers or therapists with an interest in women’s health
  • Yoga teachers who want to focus their classes or one on one sessions around women’s health
  • Yoga practitioners who want to teach workshops about women’s health, the menstrual cycle, fertility and/or menopause
  • Yoga teachers who want to be able to support/advise their students in general (as USP/customer loyalty) on the subject.

Therapeutic approach for women cycle

I found this training amazing and making the link between different aspects such as anatomy, breathing, Ayurveda, asanas. I particularly enjoyed the anatomy part and the therapeutic elements. I wish I had more interaction with the trainer and feedback.

Yoga for women

I love to see a training that focuses on teaching yoga to women so they can get it's therapeutic effects (specially on menstrual cicle related issues). The only thing that I missed was feedback from the teacher, I know I did well on the exercises because I passed but never got any other info about how my work was.

Amazing course for any woman

Living in the modern society leads us to forget our own nature that lives in cycles… Great course to learn how to balance yourself, your female health and psycology by using aurveda and yoga concepts. Study course is prepared in a perfect way, it makes it easy to learn and understand all:)

The Woman's Experience

I am a new yoga teacher and took this course in order to deepen my understanding of the woman's experience in yoga and Ayurveda. Sarah has a meditative voice and presents the information clearly and powerfully. I feel prepared to apply the knowledge in my personal practice and coaching experience. I only wish I could watch the videos on double speed! Thank you for this experience.

Super interesting!

Sarah's classes were really clear and easy to understand. I was following this training in connection with my own cycle, what was really nice to experience. I really like the assignment that were given. It is really a nice teacher training, i would advise this for everyone, as for a personal interest or to use as a coach / yoga teacher.

Very, very good

This course was just great because I learned so much about us women (hormones, cycle etc.). I was also able to deepen my Ayurvedic knowledge and combine it with my yoga practice.
