Fascia Yoga Teacher Training fully recommended!

Prepare yourself for a deep dive into fascia with Joanne Avision, a true specialist in ‘fascia world’. Great balance between the science of fascia and the actual practice of that science into my classes and training (on and off the mat!). The course truly surpassed my expectations.

Fascinating Fascia

The course exceeded my expectations delivering an enormous amount of information presented in a very attractive way. Joanne has the ability to pass on her extensive knowledge on the subject in a way that enables you to not allone comprehend, but also put this into practice. In any way it unleashed by dormant need to drawn and illustrate for my yoga classes.

Expectations Exceeded

This course has surpassed my expectations. Joanne delivers so much knowledge in a way that is interesting and informative. The lessons are well planned out. Anytime I had questions or difficulties with uploading assignments they were helpful and supportive. I look forward to taking further training with Arhanta Yoga.

So wonderfully taught

I never thought anatomy would be so gripping and enjoyable to dig deeper into. This course definitely encouraged me to challenge my understanding of how our bodies work. On and off the mat, I now find so much more ease when I flow and when I create the structure of my classes. A lot of variables come together before I think I came up with good class content to teach. I definitely recommend it!

Great Course, beyond expectations

My 2nd course with Arhanta, and my 2nd course in Fascia, I must say that it keeps on surprising me, Joanne goes very deep in on the subject which scared me a little bit at first, but it is so well put together and she keeps me so easily engaged, that things started to fall into place. It's really helping me to understand the human body better and therefore improves my and teaching.

Brilliant 50 Hours Fascia YTT! Definitely recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed this 50 hours Fascia Mastery Course and definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to improve their practice or is curious about Fascia. Joanne Avison’s content is great, I’ve learned a lot and I’m taking away several tools to use in my yoga 🧘‍♂️ classes, so that my students can benefit from a more improved yoga practice. Helen the course coordinator is fantastic.

I have learned to find ease on the mat!

As a Yin Yoga teacher, I was wondering if there is a way to teach yang asanas in a yin way. In this course, I have found both precious knowledge about fascia which is essential for yin practice and a new method of sequencing which leaves fascial matrix equal and makes yoga accessible for everyone. I am very happy to experience yang asanas within a place of ease and comfort. Namaste dear teachers!!
